Professional Background

With decades of experience in executive development, organizational design, and performance management, I have dedicated my career to helping leaders excel in high-stakes environments and uncover the patterns that drive their success.

I began my journey as the first female frontline supervisor in a large manufacturing plant. Asking "why?" at every turn led to my role in building a training center focused on real-world clarity and actionable learning. This passion for people development propelled me into corporate leadership roles, where I designed and implemented executive development programs, succession planning, and management training for Fortune 500 companies.

My expertise spans the full spectrum of people and organizational development. I have led the design and rollout of benefits programs for organizations of 10,000+ employees, served as a subject matter expert in succession planning, and held both HR line and corporate positions. This dual perspective has been invaluable when leading organizational change—whether as the lead HR professional for a large retail operation or as an internal consultant focused on performance management and leadership culture. My commitment to fostering healthy, productive work environments has been recognized with leadership awards and lasting business impact.

Throughout my career, I have mentored and coached hundreds of executives, helping them connect daily actions to long-term business results. My coaching approach is informed by hands-on experience, formal training, and a deep belief that effective leadership begins with self-awareness. By asking the right questions, I help leaders gain insight into their operating patterns and guide them to implement more effective business practices.

I abide by the principles of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and uphold their standards for ethical, client-centered coaching. My work continues to be grounded in a commitment to real results, ethical practice, and a people-first approach to leadership and organizational growth.
